I think beginning new blogs might be my talent. Some people juggle, others can sing or dance, my thing is losing faith in a blog and deleting the old posts in order to Start Afresh. One thing I haven’t done is rename the blog. Partly because I'm not sure you can, but also because (as I previously observed) naming things isn’t my strong point. Restarting blogs is my strong point though.
You may be wondering "why do you want to blog when all past attempts have been failures of commitment?" (Or you may be wondering "who is this guy with his guessing of my wonderings?"). Well anonymous reader, my reasoning is quite simple. I already have a micro blog on twitter (and you might even count facebook as a micro blog these days) and I also have what I think of as a medium blog on dailybooth (for those who don’t know dailybooth is a site where you upload daily photos) where my blurbs are a bit like my tweets, but longer. Sometimes I feel like I ought to go whole hog into blogging with an actual blog.
This is also the main reason my blogs often fail and are restarted. Whilst id like to blog, I am mainly doing it out of a misplaced sense of it being necessary to expand my internet presence. Something that only boring people think about. And boring people really have anything to tweet about, let alone writing a whole blog.
What I can say is that in the space between curling up in bad and falling asleep, great ideas about what to blog float through me. If only I could remember them in the morning. How I know I had an idea at all is a mystery for it leaves no trace. For that reason I am currently typing this whilst sat up in bed, hoping that being at the scene the ideas recently went missing will somehow help me find them. It hasn't and for that I can only apologise.
